Harley-Davidson’s Softail line has been popular with cruiser riders for nearly 40 years and it continues into 2021 with some choice upgrades to a number of its models, including the Street Bob. The big news for the Street Bob is its power bump, which comes by way of a new Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin (1,868cc).

Up until now the Street Bob, one of the lighter-weight Softail models, has used a Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine. Now riders can enjoy 119 pound-feet of torque at 3,000 rpm and much more pull throughout the rev range than before thanks to the 114. It gets new engine badging so other riders know exactly what you’re packing.

The new mill is housed in the traditional Softail chassis, complete with an underseat rear monoshock and dual bending valve fork. The chopped fenders, black steel-laced wheels, mini-ape handlebars, and blacked-out engine remain standard-issue features.
