If you feel brave enough, use cast-iron pans and a grid or a gas stove with a flat plate. We do have extra bacon in this recipe because we always need more bacon, right? The choice is absolutely yours. However, nothing is stopping you from making this meal at home for your friends and family.

  • 1 pack Crumpet ready-mix (Golden Cloud or Snowflake are good options)

  • eggs (per ready-mix instructions)

  • vegetable oil (per ready-mix instructions)

  • milk (per ready-mix instructions)

  • oil (per ready-mix instructions)

  • syrup

  • 2 packs bacon


  • Make up the crumpet batter as per packet instructions using flour mix, eggs, oil and milk.
  • Get the fire started up and make the bacon on a grid. (or in a pan on the stove)
  • Make the crumpets on the gas stove or fire
