Ingredients

  • 1 pack Crumpet ready-mix (Golden Cloud or Snowflake are good options)

  • eggs (per ready-mix instructions)

  • vegetable oil (per ready-mix instructions)

  • milk (per ready-mix instructions)

  • oil (per ready-mix instructions)

  • syrup

  • 2 packs bacon

Method

  • Make up the crumpet batter as per packet instructions using flour mix, eggs, oil and milk.
  • Get the fire started up and make the bacon on a grid. (or in a pan on the stove)
  • Make the crumpets on the gas stove or fire
