Man accused of shooting murder blows kisses in court

One of two men accused of a fatal shooting in Melbourne has blown a kiss at his supporters in court.

Blake Wynne and Jordan Fiscalini have both been charged with murder over the death of a man at Endeavour Hills on Monday.

A gunshot was reportedly heard in the area before the incident.

Mr Wynne, 22, blew kisses towards his family as he left the dock after the brief hearing in Melbourne Magistrates Court today.

His co-accused, 19-year-old Mr Fiscalini, has an intellectual disability and PTSD, defence lawyer Ann Valos told the court.

He is also charged with trespassing at two properties in Lysterfield and Frankston with the intent to assault a person while he had a sawn-off shotgun in February.

Mr Fiscalini is also accused of an armed burglary with a firearm and firing a shotgun and placing a person in danger of serious injury.

Details of the victim were not aired in court because some family members had not been informed of his death.

Prosecutors needed ballistics reports and phone analysis to be undertaken, the court was told.

Both accused will return to court in September for a committal mention.
