125 g butter
40 g icing sugar
2.5 ml vanilla essence
100 g cake flour
75 g peanut flour
40 g cornflour
100 g dark choc chips
100 g toasted peanuts
pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Grease a baking tray.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until pale yellow. Add the vanilla essence.
- Add the flour, peanut flour and cornflour. Beat until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips, peanuts and salt.
- Form little balls out of the dough. Flatten a little with your hands.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
