This tuna tartlets recipe is not only quick and easy to prepare, but seriously delicious. Prepare them in just over 30 minutes and make sure you serve them warm for the ultimate taste experience.
This recipe only makes five servings, so if you want to take tuna tartlets to a gathering, you will have to double or triple this recipe.

45 g Snowflake cake wheat flour
70 g can solid tuna, drained and flaked
2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
100 g grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 extra-large eggs
375 ml milk
30 ml chopped fresh parsley or 10 ml dried
1 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 ml paprika for sprinkling
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine the tuna, hard-boiled eggs, cheese and onion and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into greased muffin pans, filling each half-full.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, parsley and seasoning together.
- Pour the mixture into muffin pans.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins until set and golden. Serve warm.
